Alabama Rig

Alabama Rig

The Alabama rig is a wire umbrella-style setup that lets you present several swimbaits at once, imitating a tight little school of baitfish. You typically slow-roll it or count it down to suspended fish, and it’s famous for drawing big reaction bites when bass are feeding offshore. It shines in cooler water and open areas where fish are chasing shad rather than relating to cover.
