Dean Rojas, a veteran professional bass tournament angler, is best known for 2 things in the bass fishing world. The first is setting the single-day 5 bass limit weight in a professional bass fishing with 5 fish weighing 45lbs. 2oz., but since the mi-2000's, he's also been known for fishing a topwater frog, specifically the SPRO models that he helped design.
